TECHNOLOGIES USED:
Welded Baffles: Using patented Exped technology, dual-welded baffles are attached to the shell fabric using a high-frequency welding process. This eliminates the need for needle holes and results in a truly waterproof shell.
Tuck-Stitch Construction: Baffles are attached by folding a piece of the shell fabric and sewing through both layers to the baffle. The result is a hidden stitch less prone to snags and blow outs.
Certified Minimum Fill Power (CMFP): All Exped down sleeping bags are filled with high-quality goose down that is certified by the International Down and Feather Laboratory to be 750 fill power or greater.
